- Free shipping for U.S. orders over $200
- $11.25 off foreign orders over $200 (discount automatically deducted in the shopping cart)
- Foreign orders above 30 yards will be contacted to provide an accurate shipping price.
- We ship using only USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Priority Mail International.

We do sell certain items such as flannel, extra-wide quilt backing, home dec fabric and laminated fabrics that are heavier and/or bulkier than the regular weight/width cotton fabric. We do our best to calculate accurate shipping rates on these items. However, please be aware when purchasing these items that shipping could vary from what is calculated by the shopping cart.

We can typically fit up to 8-8.5 yds of regular cotton fabric into a flat rate envelope and up to 25 yds into a medium flat rate box. These amounts do not include pre-cuts, flannel, home dec, quilt backing and laminated fabrics. We will do everything we can to maximize your shipping dollar. Please keep in mind that we do have to keep the integrity of the packaging in mind when shipping. We do want your items to arrive safely.

For flannel, home dec, extra-wide quilt backing and laminated/specialty fabrics, we can usually fit 4 yds of these into the flat rate envelope due to their bulk. Anything over 4 yds of these items will need to be shipped in a box.

Whenever possible, we will put your domestic or international order in a flat-rate box or envelope.

All International orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International. We do not provide First Class Mail International service at this time.

Flat rate envelopes and first class mail packages are not trackable, whether domestic or international. The number provided to you upon shipment of your order is a Delivery Confirmation number only. It will not track your flat rate envelope or first class package. Flat rate boxes are trackable (availability by country may vary).

We can not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages. In the event of non-delivery, we will do what we can to help you locate the package by providing pertinent shipment details such as label number, delivery confirmation number or customs details.

Insurance is available for most packages and strongly recommended. However, USPS does not provide an option for insurance on International Flat Rate Envelopes. Please keep this in mind when ordering and requesting this method of shipment. We will not reship or refund a lost or damaged package. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the post office.

Any customs, duties, and VAT taxes and any fees related to exchange rates are solely the responsibility of the buyer. The Quilted Castle will list the total for products purchased on the customs form.

Exchange rate fees are never submitted to us, therefore we cannot be responsible for refunding them. They are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping charges do not include customs fees to international destinations.

If shipping was significantly less than what you paid, we will adjust your charges upon shipment of the order.
